Having an ‘I’M SO UGLY’ day?

I know how bad it can be to have one of these days – trust me! The only thing you want to do is crawl into bed and never leave! Well not anymore :)

The best thing you can do when you are having an ‘ugly’ day or week or month (pretty sure you get the picture) is to do one thing to cheer yourself up.

You might choose to put your best makeup one, eyelashes, the whole shebang. You might have a long soak in a nice hot bath, do some retail therapy or even call up a friend for a good old chat!

Don’t just take my word for it, try it yourself. It really does make you feel better.
